COOKIES & PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information” and details follow.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

ORDER INFORMATION

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we may collect certain information from you including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone numbers. We also collect data necessary to process your payment such as the payment instrument number (such as credit card) and the security code associated with it using Infusionsoft. If you subscribe to any of our lists we collect the information you provide which can include such things as name, email address, location, and marketing preferences. On membership sites we collect the password information you enter to access our sites.

We refer to all this information as “Order Information.” When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We share your Personal Information only with third parties that help us provide services to you as described above.  For example, we use KEAP to power our online store and the application called Memberium for our membership site. When you subscribe or place an order through the Site, we will maintain your personal information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. You can request this at any time easily as described above and we we will honor the request in a timely manner.
